      THE CALYPSOL SOLAR TRIMARAN VOYAGE IS ON ITS WAY TO NEW ORLEANS, LA.

The CalypSol crew got on their way today, May 16th in Grafton, IL with navigator Ray Christe and co-navigator John Lynn. All went well to Alton, IL, despite the hour of dealling with 2-3Ft waves!

The CalypSol Group is grieving the loss of their good friend Marian. In his memory, a red and white ribbon, representing the colors of his native country Poland, was attached to the mast of the CalypSol for the duration of the voyage.
03-May-13 The CalypSol crew is honored to take aboard its craft the legendary adventurer John Lynn, who made a 2,300-mile canoe trip down the Mississippi River, from Lake Itasca, MN to the Gulf of Mexico, dodging river barges and freighters in his craft.
John estimated he made 800,000 paddle strokes during his trip!
John will sail a segment of the CalypSol voyage, but leaving his paddle at home!.
